Structural Integration

The Center for Structural Wellness (CSW) is owned and operated by Michael Bulger, a Professional Structural Integrator certified by the International Association of Structural Integrators and a graduate of the Guild for Structural Integration of Boulder, Colorado. Mike’s involvement with Structural Integration began in 2002. He was physically, emotionally, and more specifically, the perception he had of himself had changed for the better from his first series. Suffering from many sport injuries over the years, he’d employed chiropractic, acupuncturists, and massage therapists to help, but none had provided anything remotely similar to the experience of Structural Integration. It was real, immediate, and completely visceral. He felt taller, stronger, and more relaxed. His normal anxiety level dropped, and the effects permeated all aspects of his life. With complete dedication, he left his previous career to pursue Structural Integration for his life's work. He started his practice in Boulder, Colorado several years ago and relocated to his hometown of New York City in 2004. His extensive knowledge of the body with an advanced certification in biomechanics and visceral manipulation has led him to a successful private practice in NYC as well many direct clients in Los Angeles. He is fully invested and committed to sharing the health benefits he discovers. Amanda Rouse is a certified practitioner of Hellerwork Structural Integration and is a professional member of the International Association of Structural Integrators and the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Amanda uses her knowledge of the body, movement, and language to facilitate greater alignment, mind-body awareness, and connectivity. She believes Structural Integration opens the possibility for lasting change: moving clients forward with more balance and ease, allowing them to fully embody themselves.
